Submit IdeaClick and drag/move comments in workpapers
Hello When adding comments in a workpaper, it would be useful to be able to click and drag comments and/or attachments to change the order i.e. similar to being able to move minutes into the correct date order. Thanks

Dark Mode and High contrast mode
User settings where font size, style mode (classic, dark, high contrast) can be selected. We could add other custom user preferences here too.

Mark some attachments as 'permanent'
A user suggested that "permanent" attachments be possible i.e. automatically flag as permanent so they are brought forward without having to tick - for key documents such as trust deeds or constitutions. It would be good to be able to view all these from one tab also.

A way to extend substantive testing to test more items without deleting the existing sample
Raised during training. If a sample is made based on performance materiality of say 20 items, and the sample reveals errors such that it is decided to extend testing to test say another 20 items, how is this possible without deleting the original sample and starting again (which will get rid of all that testing work)?

Ability to add multiple requestee's for requests.
Often in larger clients, there are a few main client contacts and sometimes it is beneficial to assign a single request to multiple people rather than only one person per request. Having multiple responders means more people have oversight of queries and potentially another feature would be allowing the client to re-assign queries to another person in the organisation.

Tests sections - dragging docs to the workpapers
Hi Team, just a suggestion which will save the time for all who perform substantive testings. Under the Tests is it possible to add an option to drag documents, instead of using attachment option, for example for real estates clients K1-1.1 - Monthly Returns and other substantive tests where the attachments are required.

Allow multiple files upload at one go
We need to upload a number of supporting documents for substantive testing. This can be quite time consuming when you have to upload files individually. Allowing multiple files upload at one go can make it a lot easier for users who need to upload a large number of files.

Option to include question in requests
When sending requests it is not possible for the client to see the question that the response relates to, it would be good to have an option to include the question and where applicable their response when looking for clarification.

Adding notes in the index page
Sometimes audit work is pending for various reasons. We can easily make notes in our workpaper, but not with audit assistant at the moment. Adding notes function in the index page enable us to see which sections are pending and for what reasons. We can easily see the current status of the whole audit in the index page and can quickly pick up the work from where we left. I would suggest to add notes next to each heading "A1 B2 C5 ..."

Improvements to letters
A user asked if we can improve our letters - take out commas from greeting and sign-off, take out address as they email all their letters, add more lines for signatures and extra spaces, take out sir/madam and add partners name on rep letter.

Attachments on shared pages not being ticked until attachment attached
Currently clients select attached and then don't attach, as the green tick appears as soon as they select attached the responses come through incomplete. Would like the green tick to appear once the attachment is attached.

Printing adjustments
When printing adjustments to PDF to send to accountant for recommended adjustments- it would be good if we could have the heading from the sections it comes from. E.g disclosure - Income - (Add disclosure change). Currently its just noting the number of point made. Not very helpful when sending to accountant.

Summary of audit page
A user has suggested that we have a summary audit page. This page would be in the Z section and would incorporate the risks associated with each trial balance item but also risks arising from other areas such as the minutes or variance analysis. Then for each area, it would show The planned audit work to address that riskAny misstatements identifiedThe conclusion for that pageAny management points raisedVariance explanations (if it is a trial balance item)

Autogenerated steps from client disclosures in questionnaires
A user has suggested that when a client discloses certain mattersβsuch as fraudβin a questionnaire, it would be helpful if this automatically triggered a step requiring the auditor to document how the matter was addressed during the audit. Would this be a useful feature to add?

More levels of subtotal in Trial Balance
A number of users have suggested that it would be great to have general subtotals (say "administration expenses") that tie the trial balance into the financial statements, but also the ability to group items at other levels within that - say all the depreciation codes into one totals. We're not sure the best way to do this but we will make sure this is part of our new version trial balance feature
